I used to say you will never find me dressed casually. I swore by dresses and skirts and high heels and wedges. I’m honestly still trying to navigate this whole “casual” look. I owned pants....but like....you never saw me in them.
Now I own more pants than skirts! And half the week I try to wear a sweatshirt and leggings and to everything 😂
I think fashion for me is a way to express myself. It’s been a passion of mine since I was little girl. I always wanted to own a clothing store (maybe one day I will).
Valentines Day is tricky.....you have people who absolutely love it! They go all out. Buy all the things. Have a super perfect date (sometimes it’s only a show for social media.) And then you people who hate the whole concept. I admit it. I was one for the longest time. I never understood it. I celebrated Galentines day with my girls and had Valentines themed parties with my friends but it was NEVER a day I looked forward to.
I honestly felt guilt when I would have a smidgen Of fun knowing that for a lot of people out there it was just a reminder that other people were having fun and got to be happy.
But sometimes in life we have those moments. And life is so short. We have to enjoy it and make the most of it. Because we only get one life.
These themed photos have been so fun for me because I have been able to push myself out of my comfort zone.
So my challenge to tou, friends. Go out there and celebrate however you choose (or don’t because that’s totally cool in my book).
Love to you all!
Xoxo,
